Milieu Salon Spa opened in 2007 to bring downtown Seattle boutique ambiance to the west end of Stanwood.

The main floor is dedicated to providing current trends in hairstyles and color services while the second floor offers a restful and quiet spa retreat to promote pampering and relaxation. Milieu also features paintings from local area artists throughout the salon.
