I have been serving clients of all ages, genders, and hair types- fine, curly etc. since 1983. I have been a co-owner of Milieu Salon and Spa since 2007. My focus is on natural and botanical hair care and products with an emphasis on the individual needs of my clients. I have training in cutting and color with professional styling lines such as Aveda, Matrix, and Redkin. I know communication between the stylist and client is the most important skill of all to be successful in creating the look we both want. I enjoy corrective color, fixing unfortunate hair cuts, keeping up with current trends, as well as working with naturally curly hair. 

I have worked as a designer behind the chair for the last 25 years, to a devoted list of clients. My clients receive customized hair color and cuts that complement the their hair texture and facial features. I received advance training from Matrix over a 12 year period. As a master colorist, I was a guest artist at hair shows, and facilitated educational events. With my Matrix experience I had the opportunity to work in the model rooms of Daniel Roldan, Nicholas French, and Vivienne Mackinder. In addition to servicing my regular clients, I am the Educational Director for Milieu Salon. I teach and schedule advanced training programs for the salon designers.

I've been doing hair since 2008 and massage since 2006. I enjoy making people feel great, whether that is through just a hair touch up, major transformation, or a massage that leaves you feeling better physically and more relaxed. I love that cosmetology has allowed me to express my artistic side. I enjoy working with all different types of hair from super fine and straight, to thick and curly. My favorite services to perform are coloring and cutting to achieve a full transformation. I am now also certified in extensions, which I really enjoy! I specialize in deep relaxation where you get to indulge in complete relaxation while focusing on any problem areas you may have.

I have two young kids, Landon and Elaina, whom I enjoy spending time with and exploring outside. We love to go crabbing, fishing, and going to the islands. We take weekend road trips so we can adventure and see new things.

I have been doing hair since 2007. I’ve always enjoyed being creative in all different types of ways and I love that I get to channel my creativity through hair. My favorite services to perform are creative color and being able to transform people’s overall look. I love working with curly hair, since I have it myself. It’s fun to show others how to maintain and take care of their natural hair at home. My goal is to help my clients be successful in creating the same look on their own.

I am a proud mom of Austin, Jayden, Lilah, and Macie Mae Schnaunker (my cute doggy at home). Austin is a dog groomer and very musically gifted, Jayden is my Marine, and Lilah is also pursuing a career in the military. When I am not doing hair, I enjoy country dancing, which I have been doing for over 25 years. I also love anything arts and crafts and at home DIY.
