Tina has worked as a designer behind the chair for the last 25 years, to a devoted list of clients. Her clients receive customized hair color and cuts that complement the client’s hair texture and facial features.
She received advance training from Matrix over a 12 year period. As a master colorist, Tina was a guest artist at hair shows, and facilitated educational events. With her Matrix experience she had the opportunity to work in the model rooms of Daniel Roldan, Nicholas French, and Vivienne Mackinder.
In addition to servicing her regular clients, Tina is the Educational Director for Milieu Salon Spa. She teaches and schedules advance training programs for the salon designers.
I am proud to be a hair stylist and massage therapist here at Milieu Salon, where I get to work with amazing people and meet so many great clients. I have always had a strong passion for arts and crafts when I was young, and loved to create and transform with either sketching or glasswork etc. With hair, I am able to channel my creativity and artistic nature.
I am a great listener when people tell me their wants and needs with their service, whether it be massage or hair. I'm just so fortunate to be in an industry to connect with so many amazing people, and I really cherish everyone that comes in. For hair I love color and cutting and am good with different hair types. I can work with curly, fine, thick hair and I love it all. I enjoy trying to learn new things and stay up to date the best I can with the new trends. As for massage, I am very nurturing and soothing but can work out problem areas and go deep when needed and customize my massage to my clients needs. I have been doing massage since 2006 and cosmetology since 2009.
Kim recently moved to Stanwood, and has 12+ yrs experience creating custom colors using balayage, foils, color melts etc. She also excels at creative perms and custom hair cuts. She has kept up with continuing education, and enjoys educating her clients on techniques and product knowledge so that they can be successful in creating the same look on their own. She is looking forward to meeting you.
